構文@Year( time-date )
パラメータtime-date

日時。年を求める日時を指定します。

数値。time-date の年が返されます。@Year では、日付が生成されたタイムゾーンの年が返されます。指定された日時に時刻値しか含まれておらず、日付値が含まれていない場合は、-1 が返されます。
