使用法
このプロパティは、registerNewUser を呼び出す前にオプションで設定できます。

IsRoamingUser は true である必要があります。

RoamingCleanupSetting は Registration.REG_ROAMING_CLEANUP_EVERY_NDAYS である必要があります。
